Go to rustdesk.com/download

Choose your device type (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, or iOS)

Download and open the installer

Windows: click through Next, Install, Finish. Mac: drag RustDesk into Applications and open it.

Once open, you'll see an ID and password. Share these with our team so we can connect and assist you. 

Go to anydesk.com and click Download Now

Open the downloaded file once it finishes

Click Install AnyDesk on this device, then Accept and Install

Once open, you'll see your AnyDesk address. Share this with our team for remote support. 

Go to google.com/chrome

Click Download Chrome

Open the downloaded file and follow the installer prompts

Once installed, Chrome will open automatically. You can set it as your default browser if prompted.
